What You Will Do:

Installing residential HVAC equipment in a mainly retrofit environment along with some light commercial and a few new construction projects every year. Someone who can work and think independently as well as with a team. Present the company’s philosophy of caring for the customer in a manner that leaves a favorable impression.

What You Will Bring:

• One year of experience needed.
• Certification from a technical school a plus.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work with mobile devices for communication with customers and office.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, contractors, wholesalers and customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
