Oak View Group - 500 Bell Street - Responsibilities:
Lead responsibility for all services and activities involved in the maintenance and operations of the venue, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers and equipment;
Perform maintenance and repair of facility equipment and minor electrical/plumbing repairs;
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment and auxiliary systems;
Troubleshoot and recommend operational methods and procedures;
Communicate effectively with management and team members; assist with budgeting for equipment/materials/supplies
