- Great Customer Service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Terminal Handler's License – costs covered by company
- Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
- Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, analytical skills
- Computer literacy helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds
The primary responsibilities of this position include maintaining and repairing ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices for Accel Entertainment, loading and unloading supplies, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.
Duties And Responsibilities- Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
- Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
- Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
- Perform auditing procedures on amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs
USD 18–22 per hour based on experience.
