Lead maintenance and operations of the venue including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers and related equipment;
Perform maintenance and repair of facility equipment and auxiliary systems; conduct routine preventative maintenance and lubricate equipment;
Troubleshoot repairs and propose operational methods to improve efficiency and reliability;
Communicate effectively with management and team members; escalate issues as required;
Assist with budget development and forecasting for equipment, materials, and supplies
