Position

Driver Local Delivery Combination Route – Dubuque, IA

• Deliver products to small and large retailers on a set route.
• Manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack.
• Build rapport with customers and stock shelves and coolers as requested.
• Perform these tasks while working independently and efficiently.

• Monday through Friday
• Start at 5:30 a.m. and continue until the route is finished.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

You are self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and prefer being on the move over staying behind the wheel. You are comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products and thrive in an active role.

• Pay starting at $30.24 per hour, increasing to $31.74 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL‑A).
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
