Dispatcher

Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr the Dispatcher is the main point of contact with customers and is responsible for scheduling driver routes, ensuring on‑time, accurate deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Work well with customers.
• Use the dispatch program to track orders and set up/distribute runs to drivers.
• Ensure that drivers count money collected and record delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to confirm correct deliveries.
• Provide drivers with accurate route information.
• Communicate with customers over the phone to update them on order status.
• Assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or other aspects of the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Focus and remain on task in a fast‑paced environment.

• Collaborate effectively with other staff members and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexible, able to work various shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or older).
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
• Promote and maintain workplace safety.
