We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who plays a critical role in quality, safety, and operational excellence while supporting our warehouse operations. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our shuttle transportation business, supporting dispatch operations through transportation technology and real-time coordination.

This is an opportunity to become the hub of operations, coordinating trucks, trailers, drivers, and customer priorities to ensure seamless material flow. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where no two days are exactly alike. The successful candidate can stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, respond to customer requests, and solve problems in real time.

• Floor Work Direction:
  Assist in the allocation of tasks to drivers. Ensure that work is performed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet transportation goals.
• Subject Matter Expertise:
  Develop in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, material handling and transportation.
• Mentorship:
  Provide system and process guidance and training to stakeholders and peers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing to ensure seamless integration of warehouse processes and tools.
• Collaboration and Optimization:
  Partner with cross functional teams to continuously assess and update training and standard operating materials to reflect best practices and industry standards.
• Safety:
  Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and transportation or dispatch software.
• Dispatch experience in transportation, logistics, trucking, or shuttle operations required.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment a plus.
