• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing orders for shipment.
• Picking orders for shipment.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties.
• Interfacing with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
• Occasionally sit and climb (ladders or stairs) or balance
• Subject to environmental conditions with protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature changes
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways
• Specific vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work well with other staff and supervisors
• Open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and overtime
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets
