Warehouse Internet Shipper at our Dubuque Super Warehouse plays a pivotal role in client fulfillment, handling the shipping process for Ecommerce orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

• Accurate packing and shipping of various sized products to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Determine method of shipment using appropriate software.
• Create shipping labels using various ship software platforms.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Meet minimum daily shipping output expectations.
• Comply with all quality standards and policies.
• Assemble cardboard containers for shipping and fill with void fill as needed.
• Examine shipments to ensure specifications are met.
• Assist in store/warehouse tasks (stocking, parts pulling, etc.) as assigned.
• Maintain and promote workplace safety.
• Protect and transfer cash or other assets as required.

• Ability to read product identification quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to accomplish objectives.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; professional and tactful.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow written and verbal directions.
• Maintain productivity and quality according to department requirements.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and move objects 10–50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, and reach for extended periods; occasional climbing of ladders or stairs.
• Comfort working in varying environmental conditions and confined spaces.
• Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception).
• Attention to detail, strong communication, time management, and teamwork.
• Open availability with flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; experience with internet shipping a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
