About the Role:
Aspire People is excited to be working with a reputable nursery chain looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their dedicated teams. We are offering flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, including weekly shifts that can be tailored to suit your availability.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality early years education and care. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and learning of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
Engaging in activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Supporting children's individual needs, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Assisting in planning and implementing activities that support children's learning and development.
Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
What We Are Looking For :
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Experience working in a nursery setting, with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
A flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
