Old Swinford Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join a permanent, year-round team. The role covers day-to-day maintenance to keep the site safe and comfortable for students and staff, reporting to the Estates Manager.
Responsibilities include carpentry, plastering, tiling, bricklaying, basic plumbing, and painting. The successful candidate will have extensive maintenance experience and a proactive, collaborative work approach.
