Enjoy a permanent role with the opportunity to work as a Fire Alarm Engineer. This role offers the chance to cover emergency lighting, fire alarm maintenance, servicing and fitting. You will be working for a well-established organisation that values quality, safety and compliance, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality works across a range of social housing.
Responsibilities- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and remedial works on fire alarm systems
- Completing emergency lighting (EML) servicing and maintenance
- Carrying out AOV servicing and maintenance
- Attending reactive callouts and diagnosing faults effectively
- Strong experience in servicing, maintenance, fault finding and remedial works
- Essential experience with emergency lighting (EML)
- Essential experience with AOV systems
- Experience working within social housing is highly desirable
- Willingness to cover callouts and reactive works
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Salary of £42,000 - £45,000
- Company van provided
- £25 per day / £175 per week call-out retainer
- Uncapped commission on qualifying remedial works
