Maintenance Electrician | West Midlands | £40,000 Days Position | Monday to Thursday Flexible Start Time Available 40 Hours Per Week Permanent Position The Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established heavy engineering manufacturer with a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability and investment. Due to continued growth and ongoing improvements across the site, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support the reliability and performance of production equipment and site services.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on plant and production equipment Support breakdown response and minimise production downtime Work on motors, drives, control systems and industrial electrical installations Assist with machinery upgrades and improvement projects Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures Why Join?

Ideally you'll have experience with:
Industrial electrical maintenance Motors and motor control systems Variable speed drives and inverters Fault-finding on production machinery Electrical installations and control panels Preventative maintenance systems You'll also have:
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Experience with in an industrial manufacturing environment A proactive and safety-conscious approach The ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team Relevant electrical qualifications are highly desirable.
