Accounting Associate – Full-Time (In-Person | Spring, TX)

Position Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our in‑office team. This role is designed for individuals beginning their careers in public accounting who are eager to develop technical tax expertise and gain exposure to a wide range of client engagements.

The role provides progressive responsibility, beginning with supervised tax preparation and expanding into independent work and client interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns under supervision
  • Assist with bookkeeping and reconciliation of client accounting records
  • Support trial balance preparation and workpaper documentation

    Organize and analyze financial data for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Assist with client communication and internal coordination
  • Conduct basic tax research and support compliance projects
  • Manage assigned workflow and meet deadlines independently
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships in tax/accounting preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Exposure to Lacerte, Quick Books, or similar accounting software preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work full‑time in‑office (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
