Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
About the RoleGain hands-on exposure to Finance and Accounting within a manufacturing environment, focusing on cost management, ERP systems, vendor data, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain standard costs and bills of material in JDE (ERP)
- Manage vendor master files and payment information
- Assist with fixed asset counts and ledger reconciliation
- Support budgeting prep and key report distribution
- Analyze variances to standard costs
- Work with Access and PowerBI for data pulls and reporting
- Sophomore+ in Accounting or Finance from an accredited 4-year college
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work 40 hrs/week; minimal supervision required
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented and able to multi-task
