As a paid Seasonal Tax Associate at H&R Block, you'll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and provide exceptional service. No prior tax experience is required. You'll receive training and support from day one while building valuable skills in client service, problem-solving, and tax preparation. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block office in Southwest Florida.

High school diploma or GED
Training Pathway (Free for Applicants)Applicants without prior tax experience will be invited to complete H&R Block's free online, virtual instructor-led Income Tax Course after applying. Applicants with prior tax experience may take our free Tax Knowledge Assessment instead.
