Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, administration, and logistics.
You’ll work directly with company leadership and be exposed to many aspects of running a successful business while helping support our day-to-day office operations.
What You’ll Do- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer inquiries
- Prepare and organize paperwork and office documents
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Manage filing, scanning, and data entry projects
- Assist with marketing, social media, and special projects as needed
- Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Current college student or recent graduate preferred
