Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, administration, and logistics.

You’ll work directly with company leadership and be exposed to many aspects of running a successful business while helping support our day-to-day office operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Welcome and assist walk-in visitors
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate customer inquiries
  • Prepare and organize paperwork and office documents
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Manage filing, scanning, and data entry projects
  • Assist with marketing, social media, and special projects as needed
  • Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Current college student or recent graduate preferred
