About the Role:
Ace Compliance Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Support Assistant to assist with daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations. The intern will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and service delivery teams, to coordinate efforts and provide comprehensive support to clients and team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management, ensuring the team’s time is optimized for key tasks and client interactions.
- Organize and maintain company files and records, both physical and digital, for easy access and compliance purposes.
- Provide support for client communications, including drafting emails, scheduling follow-ups, and answering inquiries.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, managing correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
