Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
The Business Operations Intern provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources (HR), Accounting, Procurement, and General Administration. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while assisting with document management, data entry, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to support daily business operations.
Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.
- Provide general office and administrative support.
- Organize and maintain company records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with day‑to‑day office operations.
- Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records.
- Prepare reports and support accounting‑related administrative tasks.
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support business operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with our headquarters in South Korea as needed.
Required
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred
- Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.
- Previous internship or office administrative experience is a plus.
- Part‑time Internship (Minimum 20 hours per week
) - On‑site position
