ECommerce Support Specialist

We’re an established and fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our warehouse team in Myrtle Beach. You’ll play a key role in managing the flow of inventory—from receiving and prepping shipments to tracking stock levels for major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. We pride ourselves on creating a happy, positive and uplifting work environment.

Required Hours are 1pm
-5pm Mon
- Fri.

• Assist with marketing and graphics development
• Set meetings, take calls and manage customer communications
• Receive and process incoming product shipments
• Prep, label, and organize items for Amazon and Walmart FBA shipments
• Monitor and reorder inventory supplies as needed
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment
• Drop off packages at our nearby shipping center (Surfside near Walmart)
• Use Google Sheets to track inventory and orders
• Assist with light administrative tasks and customer order follow-up

• Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Google Sheets/Excel, Canva)
• Familiarity with Amazon Prime, Walmart shipping, or e-commerce (a plus)
• Reliable transportation for occasional delivery drop-offs
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
