This is a structured, career-defining pathway. You will begin as a Financial Advisor
, gaining hands-on experience in client development, sales, and relationship management. Once performance and licensing milestones are met, you will transition into a six‑month intensive management training program
, preparing you to recruit, coach, and lead your own team of financial professionals.
- Build and manage a client base
- Deliver holistic financial solutions to individuals, families, and small businesses
- Complete licensing and production requirements
- Develop strong business development and marketing skills
- Recruit, train, and develop your own team of financial professionals
- Coach agents toward performance and career growth
- Establish and lead a high‑performance team culture
- Drive long‑term growth and community impact
We are seeking candidates who bring experience, leadership, and ambition, including:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
, or - 3+ years of sales experience
, or - 2+ years of management or business ownership experience
- Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of 30 paid cases (Life, LTC, IDI, or Annuities)
- Successful completion of SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 exams
Earning potential: $60,000 – $150,000+ (performance-based)
