About the Program

This is a structured, career-defining pathway. You will begin as a Financial Advisor
, gaining hands-on experience in client development, sales, and relationship management. Once performance and licensing milestones are met, you will transition into a six‑month intensive management training program
, preparing you to recruit, coach, and lead your own team of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a client base
  • Deliver holistic financial solutions to individuals, families, and small businesses
  • Complete licensing and production requirements
  • Develop strong business development and marketing skills
Phase 2 – Management & Partner Track:
  • Recruit, train, and develop your own team of financial professionals
  • Coach agents toward performance and career growth
  • Establish and lead a high‑performance team culture
  • Drive long‑term growth and community impact
Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who bring experience, leadership, and ambition, including:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
    , or
  • 3+ years of sales experience
    , or
  • 2+ years of management or business ownership experience
Additional Requirements / Milestones:
  • Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Completion of 30 paid cases (Life, LTC, IDI, or Annuities)
  • Successful completion of SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 exams

Earning potential: $60,000 – $150,000+ (performance-based)
