Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Linked In Business Development & Marketing Intern to help build relationships with executives, business owners, CPAs, and attorneys throughout the Southeast.
This role focuses on Linked In prospecting, lead organization, CRM management, and marketing support. The intern will help identify qualified prospects, manage outreach workflows, maintain lead databases, and support relationship-building efforts.
Hours10-15 hours per week
Remote or hybrid
Responsibilities Linked In Prospecting- Run saved Sales Navigator searches
- Review and qualify prospects
- Save prospects to lead lists
- Send approved connection requests
- Track connection acceptance rates
- Identify executives, business owners, CPAs, and attorneys
- Collect and organize:
- Name
- Company
- Job Title
- Linked In URL
- Prospect Segment
- Import leads into Wealth Feed
- Maintain prospect databases
- Update lead records
- Assign prospects to appropriate campaigns
- Track responses and engagement
- Flag prospects requesting scorecards or meetings
- Assist with Linked In content posting
- Research local networking opportunities
Provide a weekly report including:
- New prospects identified
- Connection requests sent
- Connections accepted
- Leads added to Wealth Feed
- Conversations started
- Scorecard requests generated
- Referral partner opportunities identified
- Professional online presence
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using Linked In
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and CRM systems
- Interest in business, finance, marketing, or sales
The intern will be evaluated based on:
- Qualified prospects added
- Accuracy of lead records
- Connection acceptance rates
- Conversations generated
- Consistency and reliability
Hourly internship position
Potential for long-term growth into marketing, business development, or client service roles.
