Internship Hospitality, Events & Tourism, Management, Management

Interact China is a social enterprise founded in 2004, dedicated to promoting Eastern aesthetics and culture to the world through artisan fashion, aesthetic apartments, and culturally inspired experiences. Our core platforms include:

Interact China Living Style (Eastern Aesthetic Fashion & Lifestyle):

Interact China Interior Design (Soft Furnishing Aesthetic Design)

We are looking for international interns with a passion for culture, aesthetics, and entrepreneurship to join our exciting, hands‑on programs.

Our Founder: a Hong Kong native who studied in the UK at the age of 15, graduated with an MBA from the University of London, worked as a manager in a Fortune 500 multinational company in Central, Hong Kong, and has nearly 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience.

All internship teammates can learn directly from our founder in strategy sessions.

Your Internship Journey

Create Meaningful Travel Experiences! You’ll work on crafting immersive travel routes and developing culturally rich accommodations in the Greater Bay Area.

Product Curation

Design Greater Bay Area cultural journeys | Enhance homestay programs

Partnership Development

Negotiate with hotels/attractions | Manage OTA listings

Digital Storytelling

Produce immersive travel content | Build customer databases

We tailor responsibilities to meet business needs and align with your interests or potential. You’ll also have opportunities to join strategy meetings and brainstorm content directions. Exceptional interns may also receive leadership development training.

True impact requires deep immersion. We cultivate not skillsets but cultural entrepreneurs – those who combine resilience with aesthetic sensibility to solve real‑world challenges.

Duration & Modes

Total duration: 520 hours. You may choose from three formats below and switch between them at different times (e.g., on‑site during summer break, online after returning to school, etc.).

On‑site Mode 1:
Core Internship
  • 40 hours/week
  • Monthly stipend: RMB 1,500–2,600

(Suitable for applicants who wish to devote full attention to core learning and immerse themselves completely in the training content.)

On‑site Mode 2:
Core Internship + Field Support
  • Core internship: 40 hours/week
  • Additional fieldwork: +15 hours/week, for basic tasks such as offline promotion, housekeeping, and logistics cleaning (subject to meeting performance targets)
  • Monthly stipend: ranges from RMB 3,000 to RMB 4,100, consisting of a core internship base (RMB 1,500–2,600) plus a dedicated fieldwork allowance (RMB 1,500 with additional commission kicking in once you surpass your task targets.)

(Suitable for energetic applicants who wish to earn higher income through additional work while enjoying the same learning opportunities.)

Online Internship
  • 10 hours/week
  • Unpaid internship

(Requires basic problem‑solving skills or specialized competencies, or completion of at least 1 month of on‑site internship.)

Note: The learning content, training resources, and mentoring are identical for both on‑site modes. Fieldwork is additional and does not count towards the 800 core internship hours; the completion timeline remains the same. Choose according to your own circumstances.

Project Completion and Future Prospects

Upon completion of the project, we will issue a certificate of internship and conduct a performance evaluation. Those who pass the evaluation will receive a letter of recommendation. If you identify with our culture and mission, there is also an opportunity for a full‑time offer. If you have not yet graduated after the project and decide to extend your internship, your stipend will be adjusted based on semi‑annual performance reviews.
