FBC is looking to hire a passionate and driven intern to support management with the Family Business Awards program and developing research and knowledge across diversity of topics of highest relevance and interest to family businesses across the GCC region. Candidate should have excellent communication skills (written and oral), strong intellectual curiosity and familiarity with the GCC region.
Internship Program- Tenure:
Full-time - Duration: 4 to 8 weeks (adjustable)
- Working hours:
5 days a week with 4 days in person (Monday to Friday) (8:00 – 17:00 or 9:00 – 18:00)
Festival City, Dubai, UAE
- Training:
Orientation session, development plan alongside on-the-job training feedback - Allowance: AED 1,000 per month (food & accommodation not included)
- Discretionary Bonus: AED 1,000 at end of internship
- Research and compile potential family business nominees for the FBC Family Business Awards
- Support content research and delegate profile research for the FBC Summit
- Support the line manager in FBC publications on a wide range of topics (e.g., Waqf, shareholder loans, family office, etc.) and support related operational activities
- Provide discretionary research support on a case-by-case basis
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, Canva, and research tools
- Strong interest in family business topics
- Professional maturity
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Positive mindset, flexible approach with a can-do attitude
