Appliance EMT is seeking a bilingual Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the primary contact for appliance-related customer concerns. This role is essential in protecting our reputation, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email
• Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams
• De‑escalate situations with professionalism and confidence
• Communicate clearly with both English- and Russian-speaking clients
• Document interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

• Experience in customer service or complaint resolution
• Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal)
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
• Professional, calm, and detail‑oriented

• Appliance or technical service experience
• Experience in high‑volume environments
