Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Atlanta, Georgia 30341 (Onsite / In-Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Shift Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (two shift options)

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) at a native or near-native level
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a voice-support environment
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls across multiple queues, including:
  • Maintenance
  • Resident Services
  • Lead-to-Lease
  • Renewals
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to:
  • Show empathy
  • Resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain professionalism during challenging customer interactions
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Atlanta

• Provide bilingual (English and Spanish) customer support to FKH residents, applicants, and prospects
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
  
  Accurately document interactions and outcomes
• Contribute to high levels of resident satisfaction and service quality
