Event Staff – Northwestern University Events
Luna Security Services is hiring friendly, dependable, and professional Event Staff to support Northwestern University athletic and campus events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner
- Provide directions, way finding, and general event information
- Support ticket scanning, entry points, and access control procedures
- Help manage lines, crowd flow, and seating areas
- Monitor assigned posts and communicate questions or concerns to supervisors
- Follow event procedures and represent Luna and Northwestern professionally
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to stay calm and professional in busy event environments
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Prior event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
