We are seeking a motivated Telecommunications Intern to support outreach, communication, and user engagement for our AI-powered learning platform, Assistive. This role also includes working as a business representative
, helping expand platform access through structured outreach and distribution via a call center model
.

• Conduct outbound communication (calls, emails, messaging) to engage potential users and partners
• Act as a business representative introducing Assistive to organizations
• Support call center-style outreach and distribution efforts to drive adoption
• Assist with onboarding and training new users on the platform
• Clearly explain platform features and benefits
• Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain communication records

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on calls and engaging with new people
• Interest in technology, AI, or education platforms
• Ability to learn quickly and explain concepts clearly
• Organized and self‑motivated

• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Zoom, or Slack

• Hands‑on experience in telecommunications and outreach strategy
