Nichols College is seeking a Resolution Expert – Collection Specialist for a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding consumers through the debt collections process while providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries.

The office hours will be from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a performance-based monthly bonus opportunity.
