Youth Development
Stephens Valley Church is seeking a vibrant Youth Director that is eager to grow a programmatic ministry focused on Middle and Senior High School students. A contemporary approach to our developing youth ministry is desired, where the successful candidate will place enthusiastic emphasis on Christian discipleship and relationship‑building through creative programming. This role demands a leader who can manage the implementation of a strategic plan, while engaging interns and volunteers to execute the logistics of a growing ministry.
The successful Youth Director will inspire students in their faith journey, mentor interns & volunteers, and partner with parents within the evangelical Reformed framework of Stephens Valley Church’s mission and vision.
Located in one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas of Nashville, the thriving suburbia of Stephens Valley is at the intersection of Williamson, Davidson & Robertson Counties where many private and publicly chartered schools are attended and supported by their communities. Because the institutions of Vanderbilt University, Belmont University and Lipscomb University are within our extended city community, we welcome the candidate who earnestly desires to partner with our Pastor of Outreach and Family Ministry to extend the Gospel and build fellowship with the students that make up an exciting community in Nashville.
