Our team at Kids Corp, Inc/ Kids for the Future, Rogers is currently hiring full or part time therapists to serve at one or more of our 3 locations in Northwest Arkansas. We are especially passionate about supporting new graduates as they transition into practice by offering mentorship, collaborations with a multidisciplinary team, and a supportive environment where therapists can grow and thrive.
The position allows interns to receive hands‑on experience and develop clinic skills under high‑qualify supervision! Flexible schedules available based on fieldwork requirements/class schedules.
Interns will gain:
- supervision hours toward BCBA certification
- hands‑on experience implementing ABA programs
- mentorship from experienced BCBAs
- exposure to interdisciplinary collaboration (OT, ST, PT, education team, etc.)
- opportunities to build assessment and data collection skills
This role is intended for individuals on the BCBA career track – enrollment in or completion of ABA related masters program is required.
