The programme is a year long experience that allows graduates to gain valuable cross-cultural communication skills, education administration and teaching skills as well as training in marketing, operations and business development. Some of our programme participants have gone on to work in think tanks, NGOs, corporates and further education.

About the Company:

Aegis Advisors is a leading education centre in Hong Kong specialising in academic and admissions support. Services include academic tutoring, entrance test preparation, admissions advisory for US & UK boarding schools and universities, as well as international schools in Hong Kong. We are a small, fun team with educators from around the world. You can join us in person in Hong Kong or work as a tutor remotely.

Role Description s:
  • Tutor students (in person) on a range of subject(s) that you are able to teach.
  • Tutors all have individual clients.
  • Work closely with students and families to help them achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications and

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) received in the last 5 years from a reputable university with a solid academic record
  • Comfort with and knowledge of a range of humanities subjects.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for working with students aged 8-18.
  • Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • A solid work ethic and takes initiative.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English. Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus but not required.
