Academic Manager – Private School (Grades 7-12)
The Academic Administrator works closely alongside the School Principal to oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of the academic program. This role is highly collaborative and relationship‑driven, focused on supporting teachers, students, and staff while ensuring strong instructional practices that meet the diverse learning and emotional needs of our students. The Academic Administrator supports the academic team, daily operations, and partners with the Principal to align instruction, training, and systems with school‑wide goals.
Together, they build a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment where students with Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences can grow in independence, confidence, and academic success. We are a residential treatment center with an accredited school program through Cognia that serves students in grades 7–12. Our mission is to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students through individualized systems of support that promote continued growth, meaningful learning, and preparation for opportunities after treatment and throughout their lives.
