Are you passionate about the Spanish language and excited to inspire the next generation of language learners?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Spanish Instructor to lead engaging, interactive Spanish classes this fall. This program introduces students to the fundamentals of Spanish through fun, immersive, and age-appropriate lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and basic conversational skills.
Students will explore everyday vocabulary, greetings, pronunciation, simple grammar, and cultural traditions through games, songs, storytelling, interactive activities, and hands-on learning. Our goal is to make language learning enjoyable while fostering curiosity about Spanish-speaking cultures around the world.

Curriculum guidance and teaching materials are provided, allowing you to focus on creating an engaging and memorable classroom experience.
What You’ll Do- Lead engaging Spanish classes in a fun, welcoming, and supportive learning environment
- Teach foundational Spanish vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational phrases, and basic grammar
- Encourage students to build confidence through speaking, listening, and interactive language activities
- Incorporate games, songs, storytelling, cultural activities, and hands-on exercises to maximize engagement
- Introduce students to the traditions and cultures of Spanish-speaking communities
- Adapt instruction to accommodate different learning styles and experience levels
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom where students feel comfortable practicing a new language
- Monitor student progress and provide positive encouragement and constructive feedback
- Maintain classroom organization and effective behavior management
- Communicate professionally with program coordinators and school staff
- Arrive prepared and ready to deliver an exceptional learning experience
- Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish (native, bilingual, heritage, or advanced speakers are encouraged to apply)
- Passion for language education and working with students
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom leadership skills
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
- Patient, reliable, organized, and professional attitude
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and encourage student participation
- Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp, or youth program experience is a plus but not required
- Background in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, Liberal Arts, or related fields is highly encouraged
- Competitive pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience
