- Master’s degree in Education and State certification as a Reading Specialist is required.
- Extensive experience with a focus on literacy instruction.
- Proven success in coaching and mentoring teachers and a strong understanding of literacy assessment tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of diverse learners and educational settings.
