Full-Time Job Exploring General Business & Beyond
The Children & Youth Minister provides spiritual leadership, vision, and oversight for ministries serving children, youth, and young adults. The Children & Youth Minister nurtures Christ-centered relationships, equips families, disciples the next generation, and builds ministry programs that support lifelong spiritual growth.
Qualifications- Committed Christian with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Experience working with children or youth in ministry settings. At least two years preferred.
- Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
- Complies with Safe Sanctuary requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Christian ministry or related field preferred.

- 3. Relationship Building & Family Partnerships
- 5. Administration, Communication & Coordination
- Reports to the Senior Pastor and Staff Parish Relations Committee (SPRC)
- Attend and report to Admin Council and SPRC
- Works collaboratively with church staff.
- Annual evaluation conducted by the Senior Pastor and SPRC.
- Starting $50K. Salary commensurate with abilities and experiences
