and entrepreneurial individuals to help build strategic partnerships with schools, educational organizations, and local communities.
Responsibilities- Develop and expand partnerships with K–12 schools, universities, educational organizations, student associations, and community partners within your local region.
- Conduct proactive outreach to identify new partnership opportunities and establish long-term relationships with counselors, educators, parents, and community leaders.
- Organize and execute school visits, information sessions, parent workshops, research seminars, education fairs, and community events to increase local brand awareness and student engagement.
- Represent Feynman Scholars as a local ambassador, building trust and strengthening our presence in the regional education ecosystem.
- Research local education trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities, providing market insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Maintain partnership pipelines, track outreach progress, manage CRM records, and prepare regular business development reports.
- Work closely with the marketing, admissions, academic, and global operations teams to support regional growth initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. university or recent graduate. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the local education landscape is highly preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.
- Experience working in education, EdTech, international education, enrichment programs, or nonprofit organizations.
- Experience organizing educational events or community programs.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Mandarin, or Korean.
