Behavior support aides at Grow Middle High School are members of an interdsiciplnary team serving students in grades 7-12 who are impacted by social-emotional disabilities. In a structured therapeutic milieu, aides work with teachers and counselors to provide the academic and behavioral supports students need to grow as learners and as young citizens. Staff at Grow Middle High School are kind, compassionate people who are committed to the students they work with.
They are flexible, motivated and willing to learn. Above all, our team understands the value of working collaboratively to create an educational community where every student is accepted, valued, and challenged to be his/her best.
