Nichols College is seeking a Student Success Coach to support youth in after-school and in-school programs. The SSC guides youth toward self-accountability and personal growth, aids in social-emotional development, and helps connect youths with resources.
Responsibilities include mentoring students, tracking attendance and progress, and supporting fundraising events. Part-time stipend: $750 per semester, 15–20 hours/week. Reports to the Program Assistant and Program Manager.
