The Reading Village is seeking a passionate, dedicated educator who truly loves working with children and is patient, compassionate
, and eager to learn how to support students with language-based learning disabilities, specifically dyslexia

The Reading Village provides individualized, evidence-based intervention for children with language-based learning differences. Our work is rooted in Structured Literacy and focuses on building confidence, competence, and trust-both academically and emotionally.

• Provide 1:1 in-person instruction to students with language-based learning disabilities
• Use patient, supportive instruction that meets students where they are
• Learn and implement Structured Literacy approaches (training provided)
• Collaborate with a supportive team of educators
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff
• Create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel safe and capable

• Background or interest in education, child development, psychology, speech-language pathology, or related fields
• Willingness to learn evidence-based practices for working with dyslexic learners
• Ability to work in-person in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach areas
• Reliable, professional, and committed to students and their growth

• Training and mentorship in Structured Literacy and dyslexia intervention
