ivybek academy is hiring an experienced College Admissions Consultant to mentor ambitious students on their path to top-50 global universities. You will work 1:1 with students to shape admissions strategy, build compelling profiles and “spikes,” guide essays from first idea to final draft, and prepare them for interviews and scholarship competitions. Day to day, you will lead structured Admissions and Essay Program calls, review and refine applications, and give clear, honest feedback that raises the bar rather than telling students what they want to hear.
You bring several cycles of hands-on college counseling or admissions experience (independent, school-based, or admissions office), a track record of students admitted to selective universities, exceptional English writing and editing skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply to both parents and students.
