The Laser Field Repair Technician helps support jewelers worldwide by delivering top-notch service, repairs, and maintenance for laser equipment in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot, test, and repair their laser equipment remotely and in person.
• Document customer interactions and process invoices using company systems.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Drive the company van for customer site visits and equipment deliveries.
• Lift, crate, and uncrate laser equipment and shipments as needed.
• Travel to customer locations, with occasional overnight trips.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑first attitude during all service interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (subject to drug screen and background check).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with quick problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn circuitry and mechanics.
• Positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic.

• Previous electrical, micro‑electronics, diagnostic or technician experience.
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry and/or laser equipment
