We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious recent graduate who is eager to begin a career in financial services and executive search. The ideal candidate will have an academic background in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field
, and a strong desire to learn about the structure and dynamics of the investment industry.

• Conduct research on companies, funds, and executives within the financial sector
• Support senior consultants in candidate identification and market mapping
• Prepare profiles, summaries, and reports to support active searches
• Maintain and update the firm’s internal database and research tools
• Participate in internal meetings and client discussions as appropriate

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
