As a Loan Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial banking officers. In this role, you will:

• Assist commercial banking officers with preparation of loan submissions, credit memorandums, commitment letters and other forms of customer correspondence as needed.
• Assist commercial officers by making joint customer and prospect calls where appropriate and transfers information gained from calls and emails to memos, loan submissions, etc. You will work closely with our commercial credit department in getting information to them and reviewing loan approval documents.
• Prepare loan documentation, manage the construction loan draw process, and assist with loan closings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ months commercial credit analyst or commercial loan operations experience required.
• Personal computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of bank procedures and policies.
