We are looking for a motivated Trading Operations Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support our crypto trading operations. In this role, you’ll handle critical back-office functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in settlements, and reconciliations within the fast-evolving cryptocurrency industry.

• Book entries and tagging for trades and transactions.
• Manage settlements with Liquidity Providers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee client settlements, including verification and execution of fund transfers.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts, trades, and balances to maintain financial integrity.
• Handle collateral management, including monitoring, valuation, and adjustments for crypto assets.
• Collaborate with product and counter parties to resolve operational issues and support daily workflows.

• 1-2 years of experience in trading operations, settlements, or a related role, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changes, with the ability to thrive in the volatile crypto market.
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as Excel, trading platforms, or portfolio management; familiarity with blockchain or crypto-specific systems is a plus.
