Job Title:
Loan Servicing Specialist/Relationship Banker

Job Location:
Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000/Annum

Responsible for reviewing and auditing mortgage‑related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accurate payment processing, and proper handling of loans impacted by special circumstances such as FEMA events, bankruptcy, and foreclosure.

• Review loan documents to confirm accurate payment application, rate adjustments, and escrow processing.
• Audit foreclosure and bankruptcy documentation for compliance and timely completion.
• Verify proper filing of claims to mortgage insurance providers and handling of hazard or LPI cases.
• Ensure loans impacted by FEMA‑declared disasters are serviced correctly and assistance options are offered.
• Review payoff accuracy and proper lien release completion.
• Manage loan pipeline to ensure actions meet all servicing and regulatory requirements.
• Review 1098/1099 forms and confirm compliance with notice and reporting standards.

• 2–3 years of U.S. mortgage servicing experience.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes, documentation, and terminology.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible or night shifts.
