Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and goals. - Financial Planning:
Develop and implement personalized financial plans that include life insurance, disability insurance, and other financial products. - Sales and Marketing:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement. - Education and Guidance:
Educate clients on the benefits of financial planning and insurance products, helping them make informed decisions. - Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. - Experience:
Previous experience in financial planning, insurance sales, Sales management or a related field is a plus. - Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Licenses:
Must have or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses.
