Claims Resolution Corporation, Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, and controls for our growing organization. As a trusted partner to executive leadership, you’ll oversee both corporate and client financial operations for our property & casualty claims management services.

This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking finance leader who thrives in building high performing teams, scalable processes, driving improvements, and leveraging automation and AI.

• Lead all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, financial close, and reporting
• Transition and maintain accrual-based, GAAP-compliant accounting
• Oversee client fund accounting, ensuring proper controls and fiduciary compliance
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606
• Drive financial reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital
• Partner with leadership on strategy, pricing, and profitability
• Improve processes through automation, systems optimization, and AI initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus)
• 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience with accrual accounting and financial statement preparation
• Preferred experience in:
  • TPA, insurance, claims, or professional services environments
  • Client funds / trust accounting
• Proficiency with accounting systems (Quick Books Online preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Successful transition to and maintenance of accrual accounting
• Strong internal controls across corporate and client funds
• Increased efficiency through automation and improved processes
