We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team of Fund Accounting professionals!
Job Description /Responsibilities:Assist in the financial reporting process for venture capital and private equity funds. This position will report to an Accounting Manager.
This position will be required to do the following:- Prepare daily/weekly journal entries in connection with fund activity
- Prepare quarterly financial statements
- Prepare schedules and provide support in connection with the annual audit
- Assist in managing cash flow needs
- Various ad‑hoc tasks, and other projects and deadlines that arise in relation to above
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize work
- Detail‑oriented, a successful problem solver, and a team player
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Works well under pressure and responds to deadline with urgency
