Role OverviewFLEX (Finance Leadership Experience) is a fast‑track opportunity for high‑potential individuals seeking a dynamic career in corporate finance. Participants gain hands‑on experience, mentorship, and structured training to build the skills needed for future leadership roles. Through rotational assignments, you’ll develop a broad understanding of finance while strengthening both technical and strategic capabilities. The program emphasizes continuous development, meaningful exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to build a strong professional network.
WhatYou’ll Do
Our full‑time rotational program provides a foundational experience across Corporate Finance disciplines. In addition to traditional controllership and analysis work, you’ll gain exposure to tools and techniques shaping the field today, including automation, dashboarding, predictive analytics, and AI‑supported modeling.
As part of this opportunity, participants will be placed into one of two finance rotations:
Expense Planning and AnalysisIn this role, you’ll focus on quarterly and year‑end financial reporting, analytics, and projections. You’ll build reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights that inform business decisions. You’ll also gain exposure to expense management by partnering with business leaders on budgeting, tracking performance against plan, and understanding key cost drivers.
Controllership – Individual Life and Disability Income AccountingIn this role, you’ll support financial close processes, regulatory and management reporting, and a strong control environment. You’ll build a solid foundation in insurance accounting while working closely with business and finance partners to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
Across both paths, you’ll develop the analytical, technical, and leadership skills needed to succeed in a modern finance organization.
What You’ll Bring- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Interest in how finance and technology intersect
- Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and applications
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Salary Range: $65,000 – $92,500

Actual base salary will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in incentive programs.
